Tape 2 has the beginning part of the stop smoking.   Listening to the tape you will be put into a state of hypnosis.  You will feel relaxed, very relaxed, but in full control.  You will hear me take you deep into your own mind, to help you become free from this addiction once and for all.

Tape 3 is a supplemental hypnosis routine which helps you say good bye to your addiction.  You may listen to these tapes anytime you need an extra boost to help re-enforce the message that you are no longer a smoker.
